Privacy
Privacy policy
Effective 10 October 2026. This page describes what this website does with personal information.
Who runs this site
This website is run by Dr. Mohammad Alsaadany. For privacy questions or requests, email Dr.alsaadany@outlook.com.
What this policy covers
It covers alsaadany.com and the Arabic pages under /ar/. The growth assessment and the booking calendar open on GoHighLevel pages. This policy covers what happens up to that point, and names GoHighLevel as the processor from there.
What is collected
Growth assessment
The free assessment is a 12-question survey hosted by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector). The button on this site opens it at api.leadconnectorhq.com. If you submit it, GoHighLevel collects your answers and the contact details the form asks for. This site does not store those answers on its own server. They go to Dr. Alsaadany's GoHighLevel account.
Strategy-call booking
The booking button opens a calendar at ma.alsaadany.com, calendar dr-alsaadany, also run by GoHighLevel. If you book, GoHighLevel collects the details you enter, such as your name, your email, and the time you choose.
Analytics
If you choose Accept analytics, the site loads Google Tag Manager, container GTM-P46Z858W. Tag Manager is how Google Analytics 4 receives page and event data. That can include the pages you open, the calls to action you use, a coarse location taken from your IP address, and your device and browser. Advertising storage stays off. If you choose Reject, Tag Manager is not loaded.
Hosting logs
Vercel hosts the site. Vercel keeps ordinary server logs so the site can run and be protected. A log line can include your IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser string.
This site has no WhatsApp button and does not collect WhatsApp messages. If you message Dr. Alsaadany on WhatsApp yourself, WhatsApp processes that chat under its own terms.
Other requests your browser makes
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, an animation library from Cloudflare (cdnjs), and some images from LeadConnector's image host. Those requests include your IP address. This site does not use them to build a marketing profile.
Why, and the legal basis
- Assessment and booking. To answer your enquiry, and to take the steps you asked for before a possible contract. The basis is those steps, and a legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.
- Analytics. To see which pages and calls to action are used. The basis is your consent. You can refuse, and you can withdraw the choice later.
- Hosting logs. To run and protect the site. The basis is legitimate interest.
- WhatsApp, if you write first. To reply to you. The basis is steps before a contract, or a legitimate interest in answering.
Who else processes it
These providers process information so the site and the enquiries can function. They may process it outside your country, including in the United States. Their own terms describe any transfer tool a law requires. This static site does not add a separate one.
- GoHighLevel / LeadConnector (HighLevel) hosts the assessment and the calendar. Related hosts include leadconnectorhq.com, msgsndr.com, and ma.alsaadany.com.
- Google provides Tag Manager, Analytics 4, and the fonts. Analytics runs only after you accept.
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps the logs.
- Cloudflare serves the animation script on cdnjs.
- WhatsApp (Meta) processes a chat only if you message him there.
Personal information is not sold. It is not shared for cross-context advertising.
How long it is kept
Assessment and booking records stay while they are needed to handle your enquiry and any work that follows. They are then deleted, or stripped of identifiers, when they are no longer needed. The period is set inside GoHighLevel, not on this website, so this policy does not state a number of months. Vercel keeps logs for a limited period set by the host. Google Analytics keeps data for the retention period set in that property. Your cookie choice is stored in this browser's local storage until you change it or clear the site's data. It is not stored in a cookie, and it is not sent to the server.
Cookies and analytics
Until you choose, analytics storage is denied. The choice is saved in local storage on your device. If you accept, Google Tag Manager may set analytics cookies. Advertising cookies stay off. If you reject, the browser does not request the Tag Manager script.
You can change the choice any time with Cookie settings in the footer.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion, by emailing the address above. Which rights apply depends on where you are.
- EEA and the United Kingdom. The GDPR and the UK GDPR give you access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability, and the right to withdraw analytics consent. You can complain to your supervisory authority, or to the ICO in the UK.
- Canada. PIPEDA gives you access and correction. You can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
- Australia. The Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles give you access and correction. You can complain to the OAIC.
- New Zealand. The Privacy Act 2020 gives you access and correction. You can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
- United States. Where a state law applies, including California's, you may have the right to know, correct, and delete personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing. This site does not sell personal information, and it does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
How to withdraw consent
Open Cookie settings in the footer and choose Reject. Analytics storage is set back to denied. If Tag Manager had already loaded during that visit, it is told to stop analytics storage. The rejection is remembered in this browser. Withdrawing consent does not erase analytics that were already sent. You can also clear this site's data in your browser, or use Google's own opt-out tools.
How to contact
Email Dr.alsaadany@outlook.com. Say that the message is about privacy, and what you want done. You can also write through his LinkedIn profile.
Changes
When this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with the next publication of the site. The date on this copy is 10 October 2026.
